As a coach I like to connect with my athletes on a personal level.I pride myself in setting a positive environment where learning can take place.
My core values make me a stable, well-rounded person. I am a dedicated and loyal participant in all activities that I am involved with. I believe that respect is not a given, but it is something that is earned.
Although I perform well within a team, I flourish with individual task execution. I subject myself to authority with ease and I communicate well with seniors as well as subordinates.

Hobbies and interests
I enjoy spending my free time being active, fishing, playing golf, running and going the gym. I love being a husband to my wife and a father to my sons . I participate in charity programs and love to help other people and I am an active member of our local church. I am an avid traveller and the development of my talents on all levels is paramount.
